Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.NET and ) to join our team. As a key member of our development team youll help shape our platform architecture lead feature development and contribute to our technical strategy as we scale.
Responsibilites:
Wear multiple hats as a key contributor in our small fastmoving engineering team.
Build and ship critical features from concept to production with significant ownership and autonomy.
* Design develop and maintain our core platform using .NET and C# with opportunities to contribute across the stack.
* Make highimpact technical decisions that will shape our product architecture as we scale.
* Work directly with our founders and customers to understand realworld agricultural challenges and build solutions.
* Implement and optimize integrations with AI services to enhance our platforms capabilities.
* Maintain a balance between speed of delivery and code quality in a fastpaced startup environment.
* Collaborate closely with team members across the company (product design customer success).
* Help establish engineering practices and processes as we grow.
* Be ready to jump in and solve urgent issues when they arise.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional software development experience with .NET and C#.
- Strong backend development skills with experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Expertise in database design and SQL (Postgres preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices including design patterns code quality and automated testing.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail and system performance.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building AIdriven applications or integrating with AI services.
- Knowledge of workflow automation or agentic systems.
- Familiarity with agricultural technology or supply chain management.
- Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript TypeScript React).
- DevOps experience.
