Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our growing team. This is a handson development role where you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining highquality web applications. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to define build and deliver scalable and efficient systems. A strong command of Laravel MySQL and modern web development tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing deployment and maintenance.
Design estimate and develop new features and functionalities for web applications.
Architect scalable and reusable systems both for new applications and enhancements of existing ones.
Write clean welldocumented and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality performance and adherence to defined standards.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams attending sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
Optimize database performance write complex SQL queries and work on schema designs.
Debug and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
Ensure application scalability performance and security at all levels.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces using HTML5 Bootstrap and jQuery.
Utilize tools like JIRA Git Bitbucket and Microsoft Teams for development and collaboration.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with PHP and ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) principles.
2 years of practical experience in Laravel framework.
Indepth knowledge of MySQL with the ability to design schemas and write optimized queries.
Proficient in Bootstrap HTML5 CSS3 and jQuery.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Good understanding of version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools like JIRA Teams etc.
Handson experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues.
Experience working across different phases of SDLC.
Exposure to enterpriselevel systems and ability to understand complex business logic.
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience working in productbased companies.
Exposure to ReactJS or willingness to learn.
Experience or familiarity with Payroll or Finance domain applications.
Working knowledge of Linux environment (basic commandline server operations).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and thirdparty integratio

Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 10+ years in Digital Marketing Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with US and European markets is essential. Expertise in social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is required. Google Ads certification is a plus; experience as a PPC Specialist is an added advantage. Creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and tools in digital marketing. Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
