Develop and execute business strategies to expand s skilling and apprenticeship initiatives.
Identify and engage with corporates MSMEs and large enterprises to onboard them for apprenticeshipbased hiring solutions.
Build partnerships with industry bodies government agencies and educational institutions to drive program adoption.
Drive revenue growth through structured client acquisition relationship management and service expansion.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve targets.
Monitor industry trends and government policies related to apprenticeships and workforce development.
Collaborate with internal teams (training compliance and operations) to ensure seamless program execution.
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
8 years of experience in business development preferably in workforce skilling apprenticeships staffing or HR solutions.
Strong corporate network and experience in B2B sales for training and workforce solutions.
Knowledge of apprenticeship regulations NSDC and other skilling ecosystem frameworks is a plus.
Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
