Job Description
- Supervise daily electrical operations and installations in the power plant.
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are followed by the team.
- Plan and allocate tasks to electrical staff effectively.
- Monitor and report on the progress of electrical projects.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to electrical teams.
- Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems ensuring they are fully operational.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a plantrelated electrical role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- National Driver s Licence (Code B/EB/8)
- Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
