Job Description
The contractor shall provide at least one Technical Expert who shall be responsible for continued development of embARC including feature support for content authentication and provenance and updating DPX functionality to support revised FADGI guidelines for digitizing motion picture film as well as research related to C2PA and content authenticity and providing technical information and details relevant for the project draft and final report in collaboration with other stakeholders including the Project Manager and Library of Congress COR/Project Manager.
8+ years of experience working in a data center or in the field supporting related work. 4+ years of experience in network support, LAN/WAN troubleshooting. 4+ years of experience in communications routing, transport, and delivery (Wireline, Wireless and VoIP) 4+ experience using documentation tools (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word, Etc.) Working knowledge of networking hardware and topologies Working knowledge of telecommunication cabling standards, ability to pull and terminate cabling in a variety of customer environments. Working Knowledge of computing systems and hardware Experience with LEC circuits termination and turn-up Ability to perform physical work related to the job. Ability to follow detailed job documents. Must be willing to travel within the NYC region to meet customer SLA s. Must be willing to work on-call, after hours and weekends when required
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
