Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re hiring a detailoriented data entry admin to help with finance and bookkeeping support inside QuickBooks Online for our growing eCommerce brand.
You don t need to be an expert we will train you. But you must be comfortable with numbers organized and fast with data entry . This is a great groundfloor opportunity with longterm growth potential.
What You ll Do:
Enter and categorize transactions in QBO
Track basic COGS (labels fulfillment shipping etc.)
Keep accounts organized and clean
Review payouts from Shopify PayPal Amazon and TikTok Shop
Flag any unusual charges or spend activity
Help with POs and vendor data cleanup
Work 3x per week to keep things updated
What We re Looking For:
Experience with QuickBooks Online (basic or better)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
Fast accurate and organized
Willing to learn we ll coach you on tools and systems
Bonus: Experience with Shopify or eCom is helpful
