Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commercial Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects including materials labor and equipment. The role involves analyzing project proposals developing detailed budgets and coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and costeffective project execution. This role is critical for ensuring client satisfaction and organizational profitability through precise financial planning and resource
allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for fencing projects including materials labor and equipment.
- Duties also include assessing project proposals managing project timelines and collaborating with the project management team to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- The role requires strong communication skills to liaise with clients suppliers and team members effectively.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Construction Estimating and Budgeting skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience with Roofs and fencing construction
- Project Management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the construction or fencing industry is a plus
Additional Job Details:
- Setup and Location: WFH / Onsite (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga Cebu)
- Work Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM AU Time 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time
- Employment Type: Fulltime

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in estimation, project costing, or a similar role. Proficiency in AroFlo CRM, and Groundplan software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards. Speak English well. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
