They are seeking a Head of Operations & Strategy to lead operational transformation build and manage a reliable team to Strengthen the brand positioning and visibility.
Job responsibilities
- Studio Operations & Systems Design and implement project management systems and SOPs for the entire studio. Standardize timelines workflows and quality control processes.
- Vendor & Talent Management Build and manage a vendor pool (editors shooters writers animators). Set clear onboarding engagement and delivery standards.
- Client Experience & Delivery Streamline client onboarding and communication pipelines. Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and on brand.
- Strategic Brand Growth Activate marketing strategies across LinkedIn Instagram and PR. Elevate the companys public profile using the existing portfolio and awards.
- Financial & Operational Oversight Support budgeting costing invoicing and profitability management. Establish internal reporting structures to reduce dependency on the founder.
Job Requirement
- 5 10 years experience in media production creative agency ops or storytellingbased organizations.
- A strategic thinker and strong executor who can bring structure to creativity.
- Deep understanding of African storytelling creative workflows and digital media.
- Proven ability to lead teams build systems and work across creative and operational functions.
- Passion for sociallydriven narratives and storytelling as a tool for change.
- Based in Nigeria (preferably Lagos) with ambition to scale across Africa.
