The ideal candidate brings deep retail expertise commercial acumen and proven leadership in the fashion or lifestyle sector. They will play a key role in aligning retail operations with the company s broader business goals and customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Retail Management Marketing or a related field. Master s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 12 years experience in retail operations or sales leadership ideally within fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and operational efficiency.
Proven experience managing multilocation teams and delivering results across diverse regions.
Solid understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the premium retail market preferably in children s apparel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ERP systems and POS platforms.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strategic mindset with a handson approach to execution and problemsolving.
