You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a proactive and technically sound Semicon Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for roles within the semiconductor VLSI embedded systems or electronics domain. This position requires strong technical screening capabilities excellent communication skills and the ability to close niche profiles within short timelines.
Understand client requirements for semiconductor and electronicsrelated roles.
Source screen and assess candidates using job portals LinkedIn databases and social media platforms.
Evaluate candidates technical capabilities in domains like ASIC design embedded systems firmware development and hardware validation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Manage endtoend recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines for highdemand semiconductor skill sets.
Build strong relationships with clients and proactively manage open roles.
Provide regular updates and hiring status reports to internal and client stakeholders.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (preferably ECE/EEE) or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably in the semicon/embedded/VLSI hiring space.
Knowledge of semiconductor job roles tools (like Cadence Synopsys) and technologies is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of semiconductor industry trends and job functions.
Handson experience with job boards (Naukri Monster LinkedIn) ATS tools and Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under tight timelines.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
