Job Description

Job Title: Semicon Projects (Sales)

Location: Madurai
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: 4.5 Lakhs per Annum
Employment Type: FullTime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Sales Executive Semicon Projects to lead business development efforts in semiconductor and electronics engineering services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying projectbased requirements in the semiconductor domain pitching technical project solutions and coordinating with internal technical teams for successful execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers in the semiconductor embedded systems and electronics manufacturing sectors for projectbased requirements.

  • Understand client pain points and offer customized semiconductor project solutions (e.g. chip design embedded development testing validation).

  • Coordinate with presales and delivery teams to prepare and present technical proposals project scope documents and quotations.

  • Implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new project clients and grow revenue in the semiconductor services vertical.

  • Act as the bridge between client expectations and technical delivery by ensuring effective communication and timeline adherence.

  • Keep updated with semiconductor industry trends client RFPs and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electronics Electrical Instrumentation or similar)

  • MBA in Marketing or Business Development (Preferred but not mandatory)

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor lifecycle and project workflows (design prototyping validation etc.)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in technical sales B2B sales or projectbased business development

  • Strong client handling and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in using tools like CRM Excel PowerPoint and proposal documentation

  • Ability to coordinate with crossfunctional teams (sales technical delivery)
