SUMMARY
The Elementary Dean of Students plays a dynamic role shared between elementary schools to bolster principal support in various critical areas. In this role you will facilitate student discipline on a foundation of restorative practices contribute to school improvement efforts engage in family and community outreach provide support for professional learning communities and foster continuous improvement. The position will support our elementary schools. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the educational journey of our students and the overall success of our school communities.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary and work year to be determined by the negotiated agreement.
Verification of identity and United States work authorizationmust becompleted before employment commences. The successful candidate for thispositionmust complete a fingerprinted background check with the Washington State Patrol and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Employment is contingent upon clearance of the background check.
