Key Responsibilities:
Design build and maintain scalable production systems and APIs specifically data backend infrastructure
Integrate and deploy AI/LLMpowered solutions to automate complex workflows
Work across the full technology stack from backend services to frontend applications
Contribute to data and model architecture decisions and technical strategy in a fastmoving startup environment
Prototype and iterate rapidly on new features and capabilities
Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure engineering solutions align with business goals
Navigate and integrate with legacy systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Job requirements
What Were Looking For:
Startup Mindset & Initiative: Selfstarter who thrives in fastpaced ambiguous environments. Comfortable taking ownership and driving results without needing stepbystep instructions.
AI & Innovation Focus: Handson LLM implementation. Extensive experience with LLMs like GPT4/Claude/Gemini) ML Ops reinforcement learning and cognitive systems.
Technical Excellence: 4 years of professional experience building and implementing AI/ML Transformer models. Proficiency in Python Type Script and common ML/NLP frameworks (pyTorch HuggingFace OpenAI API). Highly desired C/C/C# background.
FullStack Development Skills: Experience with REST APIs web frameworks and relational databases. Proficient in modern backend languages and cloudbased infrastructure. Familiarity with our core tech stack is a plus: NodeJS / NestJS Prisma PostgreSQL Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and a teamoriented mindset. Able to brainstorm problemsolve and iterate with colleagues across functions.
