Join our Nuerology Team as a Patient Service Rep in Evanston IL!
- Location: 800 Austin St. Evanston IL
- Department: Neurology
- Work Schedule: MondayFriday between 7:003:30pm CST
Responsibilities
This role acts as the clinics receptionist and first point of contact for our patients. They are responsible for greeting customers providing information and communicating with other departments. They will assist with appointment scheduling as well as support the incoming call volume for St. Francis Hospital. This person will also be expected to have an understanding of insurance verificatio amongst other administrative tasks.

1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
3. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
4. Current BLS certificate.
