Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and organized Events Assistant to support the coordination and execution of events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure all event operations run smoothly. This is a handson role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in delivering toptier service.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning coordination and execution
Liaise with vendors venues and clients before and during events
Support with setting up and breaking down event spaces
Maintain event materials schedules and inventories
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling filing and data entry
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and service at all times
Respond to lastminute changes and troubleshoot event issues
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detailoriented with a proactive approach
Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality is preferred
Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
