Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support through effective communication and problemsolving. As a Customer Support Assistant you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers and help resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with inquiries or issues via phone email or inperson.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.
Troubleshoot customer problems and provide timely solutions.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist in the development of customer service procedures and policies.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Contribute to team initiatives and provide feedback for process improvement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Problemsolving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred.
