Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communications efforts. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging manage company communications and assist with branding initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop edit and distribute internal and external communications such as newsletters press releases reports and company announcements
Coordinate communication strategies that support brand awareness and business goals
Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all communication materials
Assist in planning and executing company events and campaigns
Collaborate with different departments to gather content and ensure accurate messaging
Monitor and evaluate communication efforts and report on effectiveness
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Familiarity with communication planning and internal messaging best practices
