Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and customerfocused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth checkin/checkout experience for our guests and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Manage reservations cancellations and room assignments
Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when necessary
Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on feedback
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with basic computer systems and hotel management software
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
