Job Description

The Reception and Front of House Coordinator is responsible for our front of house services for AFCA across our Melbourne office. Our offices are located in the heart of Melbournes CBD with a vibrant workplace culture and amazing organisational benefits. Reporting into the Senior Manager Properties & Procurement you will be joining a supportive collaborative and friendly facilities team. You may come from a previous Reception or Hospitality background or at the start of your career seeking a rewarding and challenging position. 

This position does require you to work onsite at our Melbourne office. The role is parttime at 3 days per week for a 12 month maximum term contract. 

Typically in this role you will:

  • Welcome AFCA staff and visitors providing support in using the amenities of our office.
  • Administer Registration of visitors in accordance with AFCAs security and access policy
  • Maintain Boardroom and meeting room facilities.
  • Registration and coordination of maintenance contractors in accordance with AFCAs contractor policy.
  • Coordination of daily office cleaning services.
  • Organise and coordinate catering and supplies as required for meetings and events.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and ordering of office stationery and other office consumables as required.
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing courier services.
  • Operate in a handson and people first environment with exposure to key stakeholders

 


    Qualifications :

    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • A positive and friendly approach in line with AFCAs values.
    • Reception Concierge or Hospitality experience would be beneficial (but we are flexible!)
    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
    • Great organisational skills and time management skills
