Job Description

To attend to any cash related matter (e.g. walkin customers ATMs) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.


Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications

  • Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
  • National Certificarte in Banking (NQF5 FAIS Aligned Qualification)

Experience

  • Branch Operations
  • 34 years Previous branch banking experience understanding the banks laiddown policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support; foreign exchange; bulk cash and ATMs.
  • Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cheques and cash handling.
  • Knowledge of the functions of other departments within the branch.
