To lead and drive execution of Agile Release Train (ART) processes monitor control manage dependencies resolve remove impediments mitigating risks across the ART. Drive continuous improvement to assure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery overall program increment. Promote LeanAgile transformation influencing coaching leaders teams in the new processes mindsets adapt Agile frameworks to organisation standardising practices leading to Enterprise agility.

Experience Required: Delivery Facilitation / Agile Transformation
810 years: Experience with SAFe 4 framework and implementation of Agile Release Trains and facilitating LeanAgile Programme execution in large solution and/or programme execution using the SAFe 4 framework and experience as a scrum master using Kanban software.
810 years: Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams
