Job Description
This role offers a range of $26 to $30 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience education certifications and skills as well as geographic considerations.
This is 12 hours shift. We are seeking an Inplant Ink Production Worker to work at our customers site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions including making ink. As an Inplant Production Worker you will be responsible for:
- Performing color matching
- Blending inks
- Managing the ink schedule and inventory
- Estimating jobs
- Performing onpress trouble shooting
Qualifications :
To perform your job as expected you will be required to:
- Have 3 years ink field experience
- Have experience with Xrite software
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (MS Office) and other computer skills
- Be willing to take responsibility for callins
- Be technically qualified to service UV and HS products
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Be able to pass a color vision test
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
In addition to these qualifications we will consider it a plus if you:
- Work well with customers
- Are reliable
- Are willing to work weekends if needed
- Have experience in managing an ink room
- Have previous experience in the ink industry
