Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert Electrical to join our team in Gqeberha South Africa. In this role you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support for our electrical systems and projects.
- Design and develop electrical systems and controls for industrial applications
- Analyze complex electrical engineering problems and provide innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize electrical system performance
- Conduct technical reviews and provide expert advice on electrical engineering projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for electrical systems and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely manner
- Stay uptodate with the latest electrical technologies and industry trends
- Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers and technicians
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure electrical system requirements are met
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN
- Indepth knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with industrial electrical systems power distribution and control systems
- Expertise in automation technologies
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
