Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with at least ten years of experience who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multidiscipline firm. The successful individual will be a structural engineer with experience in the building design of steel concrete and masonry commercial/institutional federal and Industrial buildings both in new and existing construction. We are looking for an individual with experience managing and mentoring teams of engineers and designers to exceed their clients expectations and ensure successful ontime and onbudget projects.

- B.S. degree in civil engineering.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE).
- 10 or more years of experience.
- Experience with computer software programs and analysis systems (such as Microsoft Office AutoCAD RISA 3D Revit RamSS Etabs RISA Enercalc etc.).
- Excellent verbal written organizational and time management skills.
In This Role You Will:
- Perform structural analysis design and detailing on a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with the architect owner and contractor to provide a wellcoordinated and highquality set of structural drawings.
- Work closely with designers drafters modelers and other inhouse engineers nationwide to execute structural designs.
- Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design.
- Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications.
- Collaborate with the Coffman Raleigh team on project pursuits and office/structural team planning.
- Manage projects profitably and maintain a working relationship with clients.
