CPQ Software Specialist – DealHub

We are seeking a skilled and proactive CPQ Software Specialist with handson experience in DealHub CPQ to support optimize and enhance our Configure Price Quote systems. This role will sit within the IT department and play a critical part in aligning sales technology with business needs by maintaining and improving our DealHub implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background experience with sales processes and a passion for delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications :

• Administer and configure DealHub CPQ to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to gather requirements and implement changes to pricing models product catalogs workflows approval processes and templates.
• Ensure seamless integration of DealHub with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems and other business platforms.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for DealHub CPQ supporting endusers and providing troubleshooting assistance.
• Monitor system performance conduct routine audits and implement enhancements or fixes as needed.
• Support training initiatives by creating documentation conducting user training sessions and onboarding new users.
• Manage rolebased permissions data governance and compliance requirements related to CPQ processes.
• Partner with vendors consultants and crossfunctional stakeholders to support largescale CPQ projects and system upgrades.
• Provide data and reporting support for quotetocash performance and sales process analytics.
