As a Loyalty Specialist you will contribute to added customer value a strong brand and increased sales by ensuring a strong customer insight driven Loyalty and CRM function in your will work towards aligned crossfunctional goals and help drive omnichannel sales performance and customer centricity across all areas of your work focusing on customer base growth and lifetime value. You will also lead the Loyalty program and support salesrelated activities in collaboration with the Sales team in line with H&Ms values standards policies and procedures.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH
As a Loyalty Specialist you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across market and functions. You will act as the main point of contact for Loyalty in your Area Market regularly engaging with regional and global teams through meetings and discussions. Youll work hand in hand with the Regional team to drive customer activation across channels contribute to the Loyalty KPI followup process and share market insights to support continuous improvement and alignment. Your role will be key in ensuring a unified and customercentric approach across all levels of the organization.
