Job Description
This role will be responsible for overseeing sales for Anantara Ubud Bali Villas a resort branded residential development currently under construction in Payangan.
The ideal candidate must already be based in Bali possess indepth knowledge of the islands real estate industry as well as extensive network and experience in the luxury residential market.
This role will be based onsite at Anantara Ubud Bali Resort.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven sales and marketing experience and track record within the luxury real estate or other relevant sector
- A thorough understanding of Balis real estate industry its market and competitive landscape customer base and sales processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Be selfmotivated and driven able to set and achieve targets independently with minimal supervision
- Be a team player able to nurture crosscultural collaboration and perform under pressure
