We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Last Mile Performance Senior Manager to lead and elevate the performance analytics of efood Logistics. You will be responsible for driving efficiency analyzing performance data identifying key improvement opportunities and leading a team of analysts to implement impactful solutions. This is a highimpact opportunity to shape the future of our logistics team and contribute directly to our companys success.

What youll do:

• Define track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all aspects of lastmile delivery including efficiency costeffectiveness ontime delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the analysis of complex logistics data to identify trends root causes of issues and opportunities for optimization.

• Formulate databacked recommendations and develop innovative solutions to improve logistics processes and enhance delivery performance.

• Oversee the development and implementation of detailed project plans.

• Manage and mentor a team of Logistics Analysts fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.

• Partner closely with peers operations teams technology teams and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of initiatives.

• Prepare and present clear concise reports and findings on logistics performance to senior management highlighting key insights and recommendations.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics function proactively seeking and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

• Deep understanding of logistics KPIs reporting tools and business analysis methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects.

• Strong operational and strategic acumen with the ability to think logically and quickly considering multiple dependencies.

• Excellent interpersonal communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Proven experience (typically 6 years) in logistics operations performance analytics or a related field with a significant focus on lastmile delivery.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field. Masters degree (MSc/MA/MBA) is highly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English

• Experience working in the last mile delivery industry is a significant advantage.
