As an Exterior Services Technician DOT Operator youll play a vital role in ensuring our properties are wellmaintained visually appealing and compliant with all safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum age of 21 years
Valid stateissued drivers license
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification
Job Duties:
Prepare and execute budgets develop cost estimates and approve purchases for projects
Manage internal scheduled projects prioritize work assignments and ensure timely completion
Gather capital expenditures lists and develop scopes of work to update existing assets
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines
Control costs through price comparisons and warranty claims
Complete and submit required documentation and reports
Lead and evaluate the performance of thirdparty providers
Troubleshoot and provide exceptional customer service
Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings

No convictions for DUI DWI OUI or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification at a minimum of a 90 day card.
