What You Will Do:
As a Senior Consultant within the Guidehouse Health segment you will be responsible for delivering impactful project results and building trusted client relationships across federal and commercial sector clients particularly those working to improve care for people with chronic and serious health conditions such as kidney disease. You will support the delivery of projects that aim to achieve equitable outcomes through highquality affordable personcentered care. This role involves regular interaction with senior executivelevel clients to ensure the success of innovative new programs.

The Senior Consultant should have extensive experience supporting federal clients such as CMS and industry experience that applies across commercial and federal sector clients. You will be expected to deliver program work ranging from alternative payment model design through implementation evaluation and learning and diffusion as well as presenting wellorganized effective reports and presentations to clients. You will guide task order response proposal efforts and be expected to contribute to the growth of our existing portfolio. We are looking for someone with a passion for creative problemsolving client service and project management.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Contribute to highly complex multiyear awards and task orders aimed at achieving highquality affordable personcentered carefor chronic and serious conditions

• Use deep industry expertise to inform and support clients in valuebased care financing delivery policy and regulation at the Federal and State Level at a subject matter expert level

• Collaborate with and effectively influence senior executivelevel clients to set shared strategies and priorities implement programs effectively and manage highperforming teams to ensure client satisfaction and results

• Support responses to request for proposals project startup program and project management with a keen focus on risk management compliance and quality assurance to drive impactful results

What You Will Need:

• Masters (required) or Doctoral (preferred) degree in health policy health economics health services research epidemiology public health or health/policy/clinical related fields

• 5 years of relevant industry research or consulting experience excluding internships coops fellowships and academic research (7 years is strongly preferred)

• Experience directly supporting public healthfocused federal agencies or health systems

• Experience working with CMS valuebased care and alternative payment models

• Existing strong relationships with CMS and other HHS leaders

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with senior executive clients

• Deep industry knowledge translatable to strategic analytical and operational direction to teams

• Ability to work on interdisciplinary teams in a highly matrixed environment

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience working and collaborating with other leaders to pursue organic/addon and crossbusiness opportunities with current and prospective clients

• Strong understanding of valuebased care payment models
