Job Description
As R&D Cybersecurity Engineer youll play a vital role in embedding cybersecurity principles into the lifecycle of our robotic and software systems. You will collaborate with R&D product management and compliance teams to assess risks define security requirements and support our alignment with security regulations and standards including NIS2 CRA and IEC 62443.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity measures across our robotics platforms and IT infrastructure
- Assist in translating NIS2 and CRA requirements into actionable policies and controls
- Contribute to the development of security risk assessments and threat models
- Help define and enforce secure software and hardware development practices
- Participate in product certifications and assessments related to IEC 62443
- Provide input on incident response planning and security testing
- Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and evolving regulatory requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in cybersecurity preferably in an industrial or embedded systems context
- Familiarity with the NIS2 directive Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and IEC 62443 standards
- Understanding of network security secure software development and industrial control system (ICS) security
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Proactive detailoriented and teamdriven mindset
- Fluency in English and Dutch
