Clifford Chance is currently looking for lawyers specialised in corporate and M&A preferably between four and six years of experience.
Qualifications :
You have successfully obtained a Belgian masters degree in law. You are a native Dutch or French speaker with fluency in English and respectively French or Dutch and preferably between four to six years of experience as a corporate/M&A lawyer. And of course your legal entrepreneurial and communication skills are impeccable and you enjoy a job well done.
Candidates should have an excellent academic record the drive to convince and the energy and analytical skills necessary to master complex matters.
Candidates must possess the ability to draft impeccable legal documents with precision and clarity.
