Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has and exciting opportunity for multiple Program Management Specialist Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead (Level 5 or Level 6) to join the Air Dominance Team based in St. Louis MO.

In this role you will facilitate development integrity consistency and integration of IPT program management products. You will support the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics and integrate the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices. You will support crossorganizational projects with oversight and management responsibility in support of our program goals and objectives. You will demonstrate proficiency in project management and will be required to maintain performance management and associated reporting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
• Leads studies/analysis (trend variance impact) reports risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts constraints involving product development production rates process improvement program initiatives
• Identifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
• Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan schedules change and baseline management processes techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
• Collects organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers and partners.
• Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
• Demonstrate ability to be flexible and actionoriented

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate(s) will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience working with and partnering with crossfunctional teams on projects and initiatives

• 5 years of experience in project management
• Ability to interface with suppliers functional partners and/or customers

• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with execution of program planning to ensure cost schedule and technical baseline requirements.

• Able to work independently without high levels of supervision (selfmotivated)
• 5 years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
• Bachelors degree or higher
