Job Description
Job Title:Bilingual Safety Compliance Officer
Location:Virginia Beach VA
Salary:$75000$90000 (based on experience)

Why This Role
As Safety Compliance Officer youll be a key voice in promoting a safe respectful and empowered jobsite culture. Youll lead safety efforts across active construction sites and work closely with teams to create an environment where safety is second nature. Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is essential for this role ensuring all workers are trained heard and supported effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and manage safety programs (OSHA 1926/1910)
- Conduct site safety audits inspections and bilingual safety training sessions
- Investigate incidents and guide resolution through corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate safety records and ensure full compliance with regulations
- Promote a culture of care accountability and continuous improvement
- 5 years of experience in construction safety
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- OSHA 30Hour certification or CSP preferred
