Job Description
Facility Location: Marian Regional Medical Center Santa Maria CA
Setting: Level II Trauma
Duties: Trauma Coverage
Days per month: 24
Required Procedures: Usual and customary for position and need.
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: PAs during the day. Usual and customary hospital support team.
Reason for Coverage: Termed physician left temp gap in coverage schedule.

Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 4 weeks.
