Job Description
- Ligand binding assays on various platforms including SPR technology and ELISA.
- Troubleshooting ligand binding assays
- Independent troubleshooting of routine and nonroutine assay workflow
- Learn new methodologies and instruments when required based on the project needs
- Perform highthroughput sample testing in an organized and timely manner
- Maintain up to date inventory of the critical reagents and the study samples
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to prosecute studies and projects in line with the strategic direction of the team
- Present research results in team meetings
- Multitask and work in an efficient way to support multiple projects
- Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks prepare precise technical report summaries analysis and maintain appropriate documentation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Biochemistry and/or Molecular Biology Bioengineering Chemical Engineering or related field is required with 13 years of relevant experience.
- Handson experience with ligand binding assays
- Experience with ligand binding assays on various platforms including SPR technology and ELISA
- Ability to design run and interpret ligand binding assays
- Experience with liquid handling instruments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal/written communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Selfstarter able to prioritize work and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
Position is firstshift full time MondayFriday with overtime as needed.
