Plan guide evaluate and revise a comprehensive socialemotional and behavior support program with interventions and supports aligned to district guidelines; work directly with scholars including conducting individual assessments and developing/writing and implementing/monitoring individual scholar goals and objectives; serve as a team member to support MTSS; build capacity in staff to meet building and systemwide socialemotional and behavior initiatives through professional learning for individuals departments and/or grade levels and collaborating with and supporting staff in meeting the socialemotional and behavior goals and objectives of scholars; support and promote School Improvement Plan (SIP) for SocialEmotional Learning (SEL) goals including implementation of steps and processes; implement the goals and objectives of the District and the school and/or program for which employed; make appropriate and equitable use of resources and technologies; maintain contact and communication with guardians/caregivers of scholars working with them in the development of their scholar; design deliver and assess socialemotional and behavior curriculum according to district guidelines; participate in district building and department leadership activities; provide inperson synchronous and asynchronous learning when applicable; work collaboratively with others.
Plan guide evaluate and revise MTSS academic interventions including training staff in the delivery of academic interventions monitoring the fidelity of intervention instruction and monitoring scholar data to identify those in need of additional academic support; serve as a team member to support MTSS socialemotional intervention; support staff in meeting the academic needs of scholars including facilitating and supporting PLTs in analyzing assessment results and making instructional decisions assist with the implementation of culturally responsive teaching strategies facilitate teacher collaboration and observation of peers and provide professional learning; serve as the lead for all aspects of standardized testing. Ability to be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of the district and building at the discretion of the supervisor.
