We are seeking an experienced and customerfocused Bell Captain to join our Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As the Bell Captain you will lead and supervise our bell desk valet transportation and airport operations teams ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Oversee and coordinate bell desk valet transportation and airport operations
- Supervise train and schedule bell service staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure proper recording and timely completion of all guest deliveries and requests
- Manage guest transportation needs liaising with our transportation and airport teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell desk areas and public spaces
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of bell service equipment
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
- Implement and enforce department policies procedures and safety standards
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Proactively upsell hotel rooms facilities and amenities when appropriate
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction metrics
Qualifications :
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System is preferred
- Familiarity with Dohas attractions services and transportation options
- Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift requirements
- Valid drivers license may be required for valet services
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and guest needs
