The role involves updating project activities preparing project baselines and managing manpower scheduling to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications :
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering .
Required Experience & Certificates:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Planner or in a similar planning engineering role.
Handson experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques in construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources (site procurement design).
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
Tasks and Duties:
Collect and compile data from construction sites procurement and design teams.
Update project schedules and activities regularly in Primavera P6.
Prepare project baselines and ensure adherence to planned timelines.
Generate project reports including progress updates and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain manpower schedules.
Assist in risk assessment and project forecasting.
