Job Description
In this position you will use your strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities to respond to incoming calls texts and emails; answer questions; build rapport; and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications :
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- The ability to learn quickly to thrive under pressure and to be flexible in a high volume fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivated accountable and goal oriented
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook Word Excel)
- Strong problemdiagnosis and problemsolving skills
- Technical support experience and a background working with CRM applications are a plus
