Job Description
Location: Tirana
Type: OnSite
Languages: Fluent English German is a plus
Working hours: 08:00 16:30 Monday Friday
Salary: 950.000 gross yearly Bonus 200.000 gross yearly
As an Accounts Specialist you will play a vital role in handling invoices and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing categorizing and accurately recording invoices
Reconciling debtor/creditor accounts and resolving any discrepancies
Monitoring payment deadlines and initiating invoice corrections when necessary
Managing incoming reminders maintaining written communication with suppliers and proposing payment solutions
Serving as a point of contact for various departments ensuring clear and efficient communication
Qualifications :
Completed a commercial vocational training or holds a degree in Finance / business administration
Knowledge and practical experience with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
23 year of Relevant experience in accounting
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in English. Proficiency in German is considered a valuable asset
Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Microsoft D365 Lucanet (nice to have) or similar consolidation/reporting tools is a plus
Demonstrated reliability detailoriented and methodical work approach and the ability to work independently
