A reputable healthcare facility that provides complex medical and educational care to children in Western New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to join its team! In this role you will provide leadership and guidance to clinical personnel ensuring consistent care and a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain staff assignments.
- Support and collaborate with nursing staff to address needs and concerns.
- Provide performance feedback and guidance to clinical personnel.
- Complete documentation for admissions discharges quarterly/annual summaries and Medicaid evaluations.
- Participate in creating individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN License
- Prior leadership experience is required.
