Position Title: JBS Sanitation HRSupervisor 3rdshift
Department: Sanitation
Location: Green Bay WI
Purpose & Scope:
Our company is in search of an position requires theability tosupervise and coordinate activities of professional level and administrative support for employees engaged in employee relations compensation benefits training for Sanitation.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Supervises the daytoday administration of personnel policies and practices
- Oversees and assigns employee trainingsand orientation programs
- Oversees the administration of compensations and benefits programs at the location to ensure these programs are in line with corporate programs
- Recommends program changes or enhancements to meet human resource requirements
- Manage Payroll Process & mitigate payroll errors
- Manage HR systems accuracy (Kronos timecards/attn. entries Attendance percents SAP entry Kronos task code updates)
- Assists with the preparation of separation notices for employees separating with cause and may conduct exit interviews to determine reason behind separations
- Willrepresent companyin any HR/Safetyinvestigations
- Observe & enforce all company personnel quality safety and food safety policies.
- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with employees and leadership teams.
- Ensures regulatory compliance with ADA FMLA EEOC etc.
- Compliance (familiarity with Company Policy Union Contract State Law Federal Law & how they intersect)
- Participate in strategic HR related to Turnover Development Retention Conflict Management. HR KPIs etc.
- Audit: complete regular internal audits with HRM
- Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization
- Indepth working knowledge of Regulations and Human Resources policies and procedures
- Considerable skill in problem solving conflict resolution and dealing with confidential information/situations
- Working knowledge of benefits administration and management practices
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Supervisory skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead a group
- Manageindividualemployee objectives as well asteam performance and building a team approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field; however additional related work experience will be considered in lieu of the education requirement.Minimum high school diploma or equivalencyrequired
- Experience:12yearsprevioussupervisor experience in aHR environment; Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with FMLA & ADA preferred
- Experience with SAP & Kronos preferred
- Bilingual preferred; English & Spanish
Working Conditions:

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

This position is eligible to participate in the Companys annual bonus plan the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
