Job Description

Pennfield School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Second and Fourth Grade Teacher to join our exceptional teaching team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an engaging curriculum that promotes the academic social and emotional growth of our students. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and Responsibilities:Curriculum Development and Instruction:oDesign and deliver ageappropriate lessons in reading writing mathematics and social a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and technology and handson activities to enhance student engagement and learning Management:oEstablish and maintain a positive classroom environment that supports student learning and effective classroom management strategies to promote respectful and productive a culture of mutual respect kindness and cooperation among and Evaluation:oRegularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction and provide targeted support to accurate records of student performance and report progress to parents and school and Collaboration:oCommunicate effectively with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships and support student with colleagues to create a cohesive educational in faculty meetings professional development sessions and school events.
