Compensation Range:$17.0019.00/hour plus gratuity commensurate with experience and education.

Role Summary:
The Barista is responsible for providing customer service taking orders completing guest orders cashiering preparing and servicing various foods/drinks throughout the day with a continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities:
1. Immediately greet each guest and welcome them into the restaurant;
2. Anticipate customer needs when assisting all guests with their orders to ensure a positive experience
3. Follow all company policies and procedures in regards to cash handling food and beverage preparation safety and daily operation of the restaurant
4. Prepare all orders according to company standards while meeting or exceeding speed of service and quality expectations
5. Maintain a clean and organized guest environment as well as a clean and organized workspace
6. Adhere to all food and health safety standards
7. Convey food beverage and coffee retail product knowledge to guests
8. Contribute to a positive team working environment
9. Demonstrate consistent punctuality and attendance for each shift

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent education
Experience
- Previous experience in Food Service or a Coffee Shop setting is preferred.
- Micros experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
