Benefits & Insurance Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits/manage the open enrollment process.
- Manage employee leaves (i.e. Work Comp FMLA STD LTD).
- PFMLA for 2026 project manager.
- Point of contact for workers compensation.
- Point of contact for auto accidents.
- OSHA tracking and yearly OSHA reporting.
- Generate GLs and create monthend payroll data sheets.
- Property and casualty insurance claims/ assist with renewals and coverages.
- Employee benefits renewal/point of contact for benefitrelated questions
- Run offcycle payrolls for expense reimbursements.
- Reconcile employee benefits monthly.
- Manage Flex accounts.
- Assists in the development and implementation of policies.
- Process New Hires /New Hire Orientation and Terminations for Corporate.
