Job Description

Job Summary:The Chief of Staff to the President is a unique and accelerated development opportunity for highpotential leaders at TD SYNNEX. This role is designed to boost your career by developing skills for future roles. You will work closely with the PresidentEMEA for approximately 12 years gaining an indepth understanding of the business and supporting the President in various ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a link between the President and theEMEAorganization conveying strategy and direction.

Serve as the Presidents sounding board and provide feedback from the organization.

Lead special projects and provide various deliverables ensuring the Presidents time is used effectively.

Expand your network across TD SYNNEXs business units senior leadership vendors and partners.

Develop a deep understanding of the Europe business structure strategy key initiatives and related organizational challenges.

Guide and orchestrate various aspects of commitments and deliverables.

Prioritize incoming requests and shadow the President at various internal and external meetings and events.

Actively design contribute to or lead projects and initiatives involving or sponsored by the President.

Provide unique insights to the President and others in your areas of strength and experience.

Prepare and compile presentation materials and talking points.

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams across departments.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and initiatives with tight deadlines.
  • Consistently demonstrates servant leadership.

Project Management

  • Oversee large often crossfunctional organizationwide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.
  • Research perform benchmarking analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Propose the creation of new systems and processes to streamline operations.

Communication Proficiency:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex issues and present solutions concisely.

Organizational Skills:

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Relationship Building:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex political dynamics within the organization.
  • Seen as an authentic leader who builds trust by being genuine transparent and demonstrating respect and empathy towards others.

ProblemSolving Aptitude:

  • Analytical thinking to identify root causes of issues and develop proactive solutions.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively address them.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Strategic Acumen:

  • Sound understanding of the IT channel trends and industry dynamics.
  • Propensity to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
