Job Description

• Creating transition plan and working closely with client team to deploy • Experience of working with global clients and managing transition of global programmes • Spearheading and managing process migration projects and initiatives with a core focus of enhancing shared services service delivery capability across multiple process domains • Robust understanding of transformation project planning and initiation value extraction methods automation and technology solutions and change management.

Technical Requirements • PMP preferred. • MS Project: Handson experience in creating and maintaining project plans. Report out using basic MS Project options • MS Visio: Create and maintain process maps • MS Excel: Create and manage detailed project plan with specific tollgates milestones planned/actual start and closure date responsibility and completion status • MS Power point: Governance meetings to provide the updates based on the expectations from the target audience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Fluency in English with Spanish desirable and the ability to work with different time zones • Excellent facilitation skills to work with diverse teams in standardizing the processes • Key factors: Cost quality speed (Project Plan RAID RACI and Project Charter Status Updates)
