The Recruitment Manager will oversee the endtoend recruitment function delivering highquality talent solutions to clients across a range of industries. This role is pivotal in driving sourcing strategies managing client relationships and leading the recruitment team to achieve successful placements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies pipelines and processes to consistently meet both individual and team KPIs on a weekly and quarterly basis.
- Clearly communicate recruitment targets and expectations to the recruitment team.
- Provide training and guidance to recruiters and HR support staff conducting CV searches via external platforms.
- Regularly assess and review the effectiveness of recruitment plans with the team.
- Identify and recommend innovative sourcing channels for both active and passive talent.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network through various sourcing methods.
- Screen and assess applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications for the roles.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to clients detailing search activities and the pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or any other related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position; experience in a recruitment agency is an advantage.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Capable of conducting interviews and assessments across all position levels.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining a robust candidate network.
