Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven tech Sales Account Manager to join our cybersecurity sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships promoting advanced cybersecurity solutions and supporting overall account management efforts. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology and cybersecurity eager to help organizations defend against cyber threats while building a successful career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of client accounts within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities targeting organizations in need of robust cybersecurity solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity products services and market trends to effectively position our offerings.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and respond to clientspecific inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting customized proposals presentations and contracts.
  • Consistently work toward achieving or surpassing individual and team sales targets.
  • Relay valuable client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of our cybersecurity offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 24 years of experience in sales or account management ideally within the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and services (e.g. firewalls endpoint protection threat intelligence) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly selfmotivated resultsdriven and collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
