Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of client accounts within the cybersecurity sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities targeting organizations in need of robust cybersecurity solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity products services and market trends to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and respond to clientspecific inquiries.
- Assist in preparing and presenting customized proposals presentations and contracts.
- Consistently work toward achieving or surpassing individual and team sales targets.
- Relay valuable client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of our cybersecurity offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 24 years of experience in sales or account management ideally within the IT or cybersecurity industry.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and services (e.g. firewalls endpoint protection threat intelligence) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
